If you ever wanted to move into the mid-power and high-power kits - the Initiator is the right set to start with, This set includes the Inititator rocket kit, Mantis Launch Pad and Interlock launch controller kit. The Launch system is designed to fly the entire line of Aerotech rockets and other mid-power rockets.
This kit includes aluminium motor retainer, which makes assembly much easier. Add 29 to 24mm adapter if you want to launch this rocket with 24mm rocket motors.

Choosing the motor
For the first flight we recommend using E or F single-use motors. Launching on any low thrust motors (18 to 26) will give you slower lift-off. We recommend the motor with the average thrust 26 and higher on a windy day
After you have experienced the thrill of mid-power rocketry, we recommend investing in
reloadable system (RMS). You will get lower cost per flight and get a hands-on experience with the motor assembly.
