Purchase Orders
- PO terms are Net 30
- Our billing address and GST/QST registration numbers can be found here.
- Register on the website. Provide billing address for a school, school board, church or other organization. (Use existing account, if you placed orders with us before)
- Place everything you would like to order in your shopping cart
- Please have your purchasing or accounts payable to give us a call
- We will mark your account as approved for PO orders.
- When ready to place an order, please complete checkout and select "PO" as a payment method. Make sure you specify the address you want it to be shipped, if different from the billing address.
- You will receive order confirmation in your email, which includes shipping and taxes.
- Please generate PO and email it back to us, or forward this email to your Purchase department and ask to email us the purchase order.
- We will send the order to the provided address after we receive the PO.
- Just place an order as usual specifying the PO Number.
- Please make sure your purchases are approved before placing the order.
