Shipping Times/Rates

- Shipping charge and estimated delivery date is calculated at the time of purchase, or you can get exact rate on the shopping cart page.

- To get shipping rate - place everything you need in the shopping cart. On the shopping cart page - select country, state and type a postal code. Click the "calculate" button.

- Orders placed before 12PM will shipped on the same business day. Order placed between 12PM and 3PM will be shipped same or next business days. All other orders will be shipped next business day. Orders shipped to major cities take 1 - 5 business days to arrive. Parcels shipped to smaller towns and rural areas can take 7 to 12 business days. This does not apply to the orders shipped by our economy service.

- Depending on your address type and order amount, we may require a signature on delivery.

Shipping Instructions

- For orders shipped by courier - it is always best (and cheaper) to ship to a location located in business/industrial area, and if you have to ship your order to a multi-unit residential building, where units are not directly accessible by a courier, please provide detailed delivery instructions. Your order might be delayed if this information is missing or incomplete.

- We may require signature on delivery for orders over 300$. Please make sure somebody is available at the address provided to sign for your order. Or, you can ship your order to work/business address.

- At your request we can delay the shipping and try to deliver it on a specific date*. Let us know if you would like to do that in the comments section.

USA/International shipping

- We offer competitive shipping rates to USA and other international destinations.

- No rocket motors, paint or glue are allowed in international mail.

- Motor casings and parts are allowed in international mail.

Shipping to EU

- We can only ship orders over 150 EUR at this time.

Shipping to UK

- All orders over 135£ are shipped as usual. Customer is responsible for paying brokerage duties and VAT.

- For orders below 135£ We will charge the UK VAT on the cost of goods and shipping. We are VAT registered in UK.

Orders with wrong shipping address

Please take extra care when completing your shipping address. Orders sent and accepted at the wrong address due to the wrong address provided by customer - will not be refunded. Domestic orders sent by Canada Post are delivered only to the address specified and this address cannot be changed after the order is accepted by the post. Other carriers may allow re-routing, but we make no guarantee it can be done in all cases.

If order is sent to non-existing address it will be returned to us. All carriers charge full shipping rate for returned parcels. There is also a charge to re-send the package. We will pass these charges to the customer, unless the address was wrong due to the error on our side. We will re-send the parcel after receiving the payment, or issue a refund for the amount of order minus ALL shipping charges incurred.

Uncollected orders

Uncollected orders will be delivered back to us. All carriers charges full shipping rate for returned parcels. In such cases we will issue a refund for the order minus ALL shipping charges incurred.

Lettermail / Letter-post

- Small items like parachutes, rail guides, wadding etc can be shipped by Lettermail.

- Since Lettermail is not trackable, we cannot guarantee that it will be delivered on time, or assume any risk of non-delivery.

This method of delivery is offered to customers willing to accept the risk related to delivering letters in exchange for a lower cost of shipping. We cannot offer any help with issues related to non-delivery, or late delivery of orders shipped by letter.
