The rocket flies on motors ranging from a D12 to an E31, which are not included in the kit. The recommended motor for the first flight is D12-5. You'll need wood glue, a hobby knife, sandpaper, masking tape, primer, and paint for assembly. For launching, a launch system with a 3/16" launch rod, a launch controller, and rocket motors are required.
The kit comes complete with laser-cut plywood centering rings and fins, a plastic nose cone, and an 18" plastic parachute for safe descent back to Earth. Additionally, the kit features an Ejection Baffle System, eliminating the need for wadding and ensuring a safe and enjoyable launch experience.
